Internal Sales / Export Specialist
Your responsibilities:
• Independently entering, reviewing and processing customer orders, including monitoring delivery deadlines
• Providing professional support to our customers with enquiries relating to orders, delivery dates and shipments
• Coordinating forecasts, stock levels, customer call-offs and product availability
• Coordinating and processing shipping, exports and goods dispatch, including customs, VAT, preferential origin of goods and export controls
• Maintaining framework agreements, price lists and customer portals, while working closely with internal interfaces and departments
What you bring:
• Completed vocational training, for example as a commercial employee, logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
• Further training in foreign trade, ideally with a recognised professional qualification, or comparable further education in international trade
• Several years of experience in order processing and export administration, together with sound knowledge of customs, preferential origin of goods and Incoterms
• Professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing company
• Good written and spoken English; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly the SD module, would be a significant advantage
